How long will it take for your pot(s) to be painted?
The Rain in Spain is closed for a summer break between 15 Jul to 9 Aug 2018. For orders received during this period, the timings mentioned below should be taken to start from 10 Aug.
As pots are typically painted to order, it will take between 1 – 2 weeks for your pots to be ready for delivery. However, there are times when I will have some painted stock ready in which case the pot will be shipped within 3 days.
You will receive an email shortly after your order is placed to let you know when your pot will be shipped.
The Rain in Spain is closed for a summer break between 15 Jul to 9 Aug 2018. Orders received during this time will be shipped from 10 Aug onwards, in accordance with the delivery times stated below.

Delivery within Singapore
There are two options available for receiving your order.
Pick Up (free)
The Rain in Spain doesn’t have a retail shop space, however you can meet us for pick up from Robertson Quay at Common Man Coffee Roasters Cafe (Martin Rd). We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up to arrange a time and date.
Delivery within Singapore will be carried out via Singpost or courier, depending on the pot(s) ordered and location. Estimated delivery time is 2 – 5 days after your pots have been painted.
Orders above SGD 90 will be eligible for free delivery, otherwise the delivery fee will be between $5 to $15 which is calculated at check out.
We deliver internationally to most locations supported by the Singapore postal system. Estimated delivery time to major cities is 8 to 15 working days once your order has been posted, though delays may be experienced during peak periods (e.g. Christmas). Custom inspections can also delay shipment times.
Deliveries will be sent via registered airmail, and the delivery status can be checked up to the point of dispatch from Singapore. Not all countries provide delivery status thereafter, please check with your local post system for this information.
Shipping fees are calculated on weight which depends on the number and size of the pots per order. On the shopping cart page, you can select your country from a drop down list to see the applicable shipping fee for your order. Generally, the shipping fee per pot reduces with each additional pot that is purchased.
If the country we are delivering to imposes customs duties or taxes, you will need to pay these additional amounts upon receipt.
If you require online tracking service for Australia or the US, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before submitting your order for the delivery fee quote.
For last minute requests, please email email@example.com or fill out the contact form on our ‘Contact’ page to see if we can help expedite your order. If you need a pot urgently, please check with us before placing your order in case we aren’t able to meet your required timeline.
All orders are personally packaged with quality packing materials so your pots should arrive in mint condition.
However, unavoidable accidents can happen with postage. If you find that your pot has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 2 days of receipt. Please provide clear photos of the package and damage. We will assess returns and compensation on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
We do not provide refunds or exchange for change of mind.
